FS#34 - Add software mixer to ALSA

Some headphones are very loud. The volume wheel cannot be used properly with them. Therefore, we should be able to change the volume in software mode, too. File attached below, simply needs to be included in the next image by DJWillis.

Added software volume control, software audio mixing and tweaked the buffer settings so that it doesn't crackle anymore (at least for me). Tried to keep the buffer_size as low as possible so that we have no delay. Please try out different apps and let me know if it crackles. I will then tweak more. The only crackles I had was when mmcqd was eating up CPU again. Tried to fix that, but the buffersize would need to be so high that we have 2 seconds delay. You can now also use the XFCE4-Audio Mixer and volume control on XMMS does work as well. Simply place the file into your home-directory.
