FS#3 - Permissions for brightness and CPU Speed

/sys/devices/platform/twl4030-pwm0-bl/backlight/twl4030-pwm0-bl/brightness /proc/pandora/cpu_mhz_max Those values cannot be changed by the user, only by root. Should be changed.

Another one added: op_defaultgui.sh also needs to use sudo to write to the slim.conf

Sounds perfectly fine that the permission here is limited. The user should be a super-user to change critical system parts. While I can understand that normal users are allowed to change the screen brightness, normal users should not be allowed to change the clock. Most of the access to the CPU clock and backlight settings will either be by the PND launcher which could request the change using an app running on a higher permission or by a settings dialog which should also require super-user rights (Less important for backlight, compared to the clockrate).
