FS#224 - Unresponsive start menu since HF5

Since hotfix 5, the start menu often pauses for a few seconds, not letting me select anything or move the mouse. Other people have reported the issue as well: http://boards.openpandora.org/index.php?/topic/2295-is-the-xfce-menu-trolling-anyone-else/page__gopid__42559#entry42559

It seems to happen right after I close another program. The start menu is unresponsive for about 5 seconds after.

Sebt3 says he found the cause: "when pnd_run.sh un-mount the PND, the system send an event pndnotifyd catch as something to force a rescan" http://www.gp32x.com/board/index.php?/topic/59113-pnd-run-sh/page__view__findpost__p__945067
