FS#251 - SD Mass Storage: Possibility to host multiple volumes

a) Host multiple volumes at once. b) Select one for hosting first, later host additional ones. (I guess this scenario is more complicated)

Still not possible in SuperZaxxon 1.5.4 The menu "Settings" now contains "SD USB Mass Storage" with all available SD card partitions as submenu entries, but only one at a time can be mounted.
